Baby Shower Favors(opinions pls) **FIXED**
Was thinking about doing these as favors for my SIL's baby shower. They are team green. If I do them should I do all yellow? or should I do 1/2 pink and 1/2 blue? I prefer Pinot but it's not all about me
There is no theme as of yet and it is my call.
BTW: SIL doesn't drink but every guest that I can think of does(it is a smallish shower) Does that change anything?

I disagree- just because I didn't drink, didn't mean I wanted everyone else to suffer.
The favors aren't for the guest of honor- they are for the guests.
I had booze served at my baby shower.
Just because I couldn't drink, didn't mean everyone else shoudn't have a good time. I know how boring Baby showers areto sit through as a guest and I wanted my guests to have fun.
Plus she can drink wine in a few short months anyway.
And bear in mind - the GUESTS aren't pregnant. So I don't see how it would not be appropriate.
And to answer your question- I'd go with the yellow bottle for team green... plus I heart Pinot!

I wouldn't do wine favors, but we keep a dry house so I know I'm not the norm.
For my SILs shower last year I filled newborn socks with dried lavender and sewed them shut quick on my sewing machine. Then I put each pair in an organza bag with a favor tag. Everyone thought they were really cute.

I think it's fine for baby shower. Who doesn't love getting some wine 
I'd do all yellow..besides that it's yellow and nuetral, I think more people would prefer Pinot then White Zin or Merlot..it's more of a neutral wine

*I* totally would love wine as favor and I think it would work as a baby shower favor if you know the crowd. Maybe, you could add a label with a saying that connects the wine to the shower. This site has some ideas-Link

we did these at my baby shower but they were the prizes for the games.. but what a great idea as favors!!!! the women that were at my shower LOVED them and still talk about it...and i would say mix all 3 let the guests trade for what they like amoungst them selves!

if i had to choose i would say yellow however i dont think wine is an appropriate favor for a baby shower. just kinda seems like an oxymoron

LOVE this idea, and I totally would have had this as a favor at my shower! But I'm a lush so maybe that's why 
I think a mix of all 3 colors would be awesome....unless you end up doing a them where one of the colors would work better, like, a duck themed shower or something and then just the yellow, KWIM?

I love this!!
Than again, I HATE baby shower favors more than bridal shower favors.
They always seem to be cutesy "baby" picture frames, or a candle with baby all over it or anything that has a pacifier on it.
I once got a picture frame with "ABC" blocks all over it and a picture of the baby's sonogram in it. This was a co-worker's shower - I'm not displaying this in my home.
I am not into things like this and won't use them. I toss them when I get home  The wine I would love though

I know I answered already, but I was thinking about this last night. Does she not drink because she's pregnant, or does she not drink ever? I don't drink ever and I'd be annoyed if alcohol was given out as a favor at a party in honor of me. Probably not enough to say anything to you, but I'd be venting to DH about it.
