Altering clothes
I think it's outrageous to have a skirt taken in for $25.
Is there a cheaper tailor you would recommend?
I've checked with two different dry cleaners and that's what they are charging for a lined skirt.

Re: Altering clothes
you're in the farmingdale/bethpage area, right?
I have all of my clothes tailored at the dry cleaner on Merritts Rd (or is it considered Northwest Dr?) in Farmingdale - in the same parking lot as Best Yet and CVS. I think it's called GG cleaners? Their prices were the best I've found and I've never been disappointed in the work.
