Morning and night. So twice, though since being pregnant sometimes my teeth hurt out of no where and I find that brushing them helps soothe them so I have been brushing them more often lately.

It depends. I brush them when I shower. More often than not, that's twice a day. Sometimes it's 1 or 3 times though.

Once before bed
And if I'm going out somewhere with friends or DH I'll brush them again. I'm paranoid about having bad breathe lol

That's pretty much me.
If I'm going out and freshing my make up sometimes I'll brush my teeth too to kind of just freshen up completely!

These results are a little 
I have to brush my teeth the minute I wake up, literally. DS will be calling me but I make him wait to brush my teeth, lol. I also have to brush my teeth before bed because I just think of everything from the day still being on them.  For me it is mental and I have to do it at least 2x a day. I will also do a freshening up brush if I am going out.

Generally, I brush twice a day. I usually aim for three- after lunch- but that doesn't always work. Like others said, if I am going out, I brush my teeth before I put on my makeup. Then I'll brush when I get home.

At least twice a day. I have to brush them AS SOON as I wake up...it's the first thing I do. Morning breath is just . Then I also brush them right before bed. Sometimes I brush them somewhere in the middle also (i.e. I brush them before I go out with friends, or if I eat something really garlicky or sugary, etc.).
My mom always told me, "Ignore your teeth and they'll go away."
