So what's your first-world problem today?
For me, it's deciding on whether or not to go pick up my paycheck since I'm off this week and don't really want to hear about what is happening at work in my absence.

I'm cranky because I'm having trouble finding a 3rd video card to put in my computer at work so I can add a 5th monitor.... I only have 4 at the moment...

Hoping DD stays asleep until I am done with my 8:30 am conference call since I have to work from home this morning...
ETA- it's not looking good. I hear her speaking and singing on the monitor!

Re: So what's your first-world problem today?
Lets see.... First my almost 10 year old woke me up at 7. (BIG SURPRISE ) Every single day I tell him if hes going to get up before everyone else to please be quiet. EVERY morning he does all that he can to wake all of us up!
This morning he opened the blinds of my 5 year old DS. Then hes sitting in his bad trying to talk to DS, which leads me to wake up b/c if I can hear it in another room with the door closed EVERYONE else can too! Its just rudeness.
So anyway, after getting up I go to give the dog a pet and find a HUUGE nasty tick on him, so I removed the tick and put his tick meds on him. Ugh.
Im so tired ...as always

Yeah, my toddler woke me up early today as well. He also poked me in the eye.
I think this is just something all of us as parents have to put up with though.

1st, trying to decide if I want to deal with the annoying mist to go get breakfast or just subsist on coffee.
2nd, trying to focus on doing actual work since I am leaving early today!

Re: So what's your first-world problem today?
Trying to remember that the bigger situation is my dads well being (he was in a accident this morning) and not the fact that my self centered b!tch of a sister and brain dead mother are acting like they can't answer the phone or call me back to update me on what's going on. I wish drove and lived closer to the hospital he's at.

DS woke up crying and poopy all over him and bed. He gets bad rashes on his bum when he poos and puts his hands in to rub his bum. Luckily I was in the shower and DH had to deal with it.

My first problem was getting two kids dressed, fed & out of the house by 7:15am to catch a train.
My next problem, work related...
