is going late or early genetic
My mom and her two sister were all early. My mother was 2 weeks early with me and I am her first. I was wondering if this is genetic...does anyone know?

Re: is going late or early genetic
i'm not sure - one of my sisters had pre-term labor with both and delivered both early (35-36w). my other sister went the full 40w with both (a little past that with her first).

I asked a similar question when pg with DS: HTH Question about labor
ETA: for me, it didn't hold true. I had to be induced with DS a day before my DD.

Re: is going late or early genetic
Me and my sister were night and day with our pregnancies. Her first was a week early, vaginal delivery. My first was 7 weeks early, and was delivered via emer c section. Her ssecond was 2 weeks early, but she was inDuced, also vaginal. Mine was a scheduled csection, but had her at 38 weeks. Her third was about 10 days early, but vaginal. My mom had all 3 of us on time. I don't think genetics has anything to do with it.
