ADDED PICTURE - Huntington Ladies- UPDATE!!!
Update-
I went to Ben at Orpheus in CSH thanks to Bari and he was BEYOND awesome!!! BEYOND!! While yes, it was expensive it was ONLY that expensive b/c he had to SERIOUSLY fix my color, I'm talking fix color, highlight my WHOLE head (usually I get half), demi perm. glaze it . .I could go on! THAT'S how BLONDE I was.
My haircut is AWESOME, I told him I could cry.
Bari- I put your name down as a rec. MAKE SURE you get your discount next time you go!!!

who & where do you get your hair done? 
I'm not thrilled with my guy anymore and I really did love my lady from Ethan's of London (then moved to cartel but she was so $$$$$$)

I used Anthony Defranco's I went to a girl named "Jet".
Oh how I miss her!!!! Before her I saw Carmela there who went elsewhere. I loved them. Jericho and Melville Rd

I wish I had a good recommendation for you but I am also in search. My Mom, sister and I have been bouncing from person to person over the last couple of years and it is driving me crazy!
I will go to one person and they tell me what a bad job the last person did and then proceed to screw it up more. This goes on and on. I haven't had a good haircut in a very long time and my hair is easy! 
When I am out I think I am gonna start asking people with good haircuts where they go.

I went Anthony Defranco for years, the girl raised her price 25 bucks in one shot so that is why I stopped going. After all of this hassle I should have just stayed with her because she was good.

Ugh, I went to both places.
I hated the chairs (uncomfortable) & attitudes at Ethan's, so stopped going.
Went to Cartel a few times, but the place skeeves me. I so badly want to remodel/clean it up because it could have potential.
I just started going to a woman at Cactus Express, but I've only had my hair cut once, so I don't have much experience with her yet.

I asked my stylist who the heck the dude was and I thought she said he was one of the owners, but I recall a taller, lanky guy constantly walking to the back every time I was there, but he never had any customers and he didn't talk much.

I used to go to Jet too at Anthony DeFranco. I used Miki for highlights and Jet for my haircuts. I was very happy with both of them.
The only reason why I stopped going was because we moved out of the area. Highlights and a cut could take 2-3 hours, and I didn't have enough time on the weekeds to go there when you factor in commuting time.

Now I go to Justina at Salone Domane (Northport). Love her!

The bald guy, I thought he was one of the owners! Loud? sort of obnoxious? (well, not sort of)
Ethan, is kind of shorter. very nicely put together. If you are sitting getting your hair washed, there is like a closet sized room across from it, yea. . that's his "salon"
Evelyn and I were pregnant together, so once she went on leave, is when I made my switch . . .for all I know she went out on her own and if that were the case, I would hunt her down in a heartbeat.
