Recommendations for a spa pedicure?
I want to get a spa pedi. for my bday. Are there any nice places that you'd recommend? I live in the Stony Brook area, and was thinking of the Spa at St. Tropez (I've been there before), but thought there might be some hidden gems I don't know about...

Re: Recommendations for a spa pedicure?
I would go to Cactus in Stony Brook or Angel Tips in Setauket (by stop and shop and chili's)

Barbi Nails- St. James
I go there weekly and they are WONDERFUL! The salon is super clean, reasonably priced and they are just great. The REGULAR pedicure is like some spa pedis I have gotten...its just amazing!

I went to this Angel Tips years ago and one of the ladies had warts, and I got warts on my hands from her. Had to get them frozen off. I've been afraid to get a mani/pedi since.

Re: Recommendations for a spa pedicure?
i dont know if there is one by you, or you want to spend the money, but my mom has been raving about the Elizabeth Arden Red Door spa pedicure. It's $80 and she said it was the most amazing thing ever.

I was just there this morning and I agree, Their regular pedi is fantastic, but for a splurge, their Green Tea Spa Pedi is $55 and worth EVERY PENNY!! (Plus you get a free mani with it!)

Thanks! What's the difference between the regular and green tea pedi? How much is a regular one?

The regular pedi is $18. You get a scrub, lotion massage, warming booties, hot stone massage and parafin wax on your heels.
The Green Tea spa pedi is all of that plus a super long massage, callus remover and some other bells and whistles that I can't remember because I was half in a relaxation coma!!

Re: Recommendations for a spa pedicure?
Try the Blue Sapphire Spa at Danfords - MUCH better than Spa at St Tropez (IMHO)
