I am 40 - conceived DS on 2009 with no problem on the first try now need to go to IVF/ICSI because DH has sperm issues. I am really hesitant about twins and chromo issues. We do not have a known genetic disorder to worry about and no miscarriages. Our other option is just to hope for blastocyst and transfer one blast/embryo - Day 5. But then might I lose good day 3 embryos. I'm confused and scared. My retrieval is Sunday or Monday. Any advice/knowledge is appreciated. Thanks so much!
