Mucus plug or bloody show -TMI
I believe I lost my mucus plug this morning - it was gooey but very red - is this this considered bloody show? There was no blood after that.
My doctor said its the beginning of labor - since I lost the plug I've been have a constant feeling of period cramps and I've been having contractions every 10 -15 minutes about a minute long.....
I'm #2 on the expectant list - this is an attempt to have a VBAC - C-section is scheduled for Thursday.

It could have been both! Mucus plugs by themselves are more greenish... woo hoo!! I hope you get your VBAC

Sounds like that's what it was! That's what happened w/me,,,than my water broke...everything progressed pretty quickly contractions came on fast and strong. Easy labor vibes!!!

this is my guess, too. same thing happened to me this morning, too!

my bloody show didn't stop. I had to put a pad on because i kept bleeding.
