Not sure when I implanted but my first few weeks I had sharp pain in my groin.
ETA: I vaguely remember something that felt like warm cramps.

With my DS, I had one intense pain that lasted 30 sec. It was pretty bad. The next day I had a little spotting and CM. Then after that I started to have on and off AF cramps that lasted until my second trimester.
With this PG, I had pains in my left side ever since OV. They where just on and off pains. I had a small amount of spotting one day, then it went away. I got a BFP two days later. May of been sooner, but I didn't test until a day before AF was due. I have had slight AF cramps on and off since then.

Do you have to have spotting/ bleeding? I havent had any of that. Just pain and the boobs and nipples are killing, pain I have NEVER ever felt before not even with my DS, 17 yrs ago.

I had spotting with both a few days before I got a BFP. It was very light and only happened one day.

at 8dpo i had a lot of cramping all day and a lot of cm.

About a week before AF was due to come, I felt a few sharp stabbing pains on one side and then had one streak of very light pink blood and that was it.
