Yesterday was my Level 2 and they couldnt tell the sex....
Did this happen to anyone?
I was obviously soooo disappointed.

Aw! I'm sorry!
I've heard it happens with quite a few people. It's all positional! My SIL said they never were able to tell what her third child was and it was a boy - just like her first two! I think that's the exception, though. A patient sono tech helps, too!!
Babies move a LOT, so hopefully the baby will cooperate more next time!

Yesterday was my level II and while we were able to find out the sex, it took a while to figure it out.  was moving around a lot, had the umbilical cord in the way and then had covered his c-r-o-t-c-h with his hand. I think it does happen to people more than we realize. At least you get to go back and see your baby some more on the sono screen

Yes! This happened to me at 20 AND 24 weeks!!! It was such a bummer that the baby wasnt cooperating!

Yes, my LO was so uncooperative though that my Dr. had me repeat the Level II....and she was much more in a showing off mood then...

Happened to me! I asked at my 24 week apt and my doc asked the sono tech to check for me... Try asking at your next apt if they have equipment in the office :) good luck!
