New here and have a question
I have been lurking on here for a few months now and I'm almost ready to come out. I will be 12 weeks pregnant on Monday. Yesterday I felt really tired and thirsty all day. I spent the day drinking tons of water and napping on and off. Today I'm not tired but I have other symptoms. I have pain in my groin, mild cramps and lower back pain. None of the pains are severe but just annoying. Could this just be stretching or could it be something serious? It's hard to tell whether or not a pain is normal. Thanks!

It could be normal, or it could be a UTI. definitely call your doc in the morning just to be safe

Agreed. It definitely sounds like normal stretching/growing pains (that's around the time mine started too), but it never hurts to be extra cautious!
