Prenatal Yoga?
Can anyone recommend prenatal yoga somewhere in western suffolk/eastern nassau.
Im located in the Babylon area.

New Baby Belly in Massapequa is good!
It's on Broadway right off the Southern State. I think they are a vendor on here.

LOVE New Baby Belly!!! Also, Om Tara Yoga (also on Broadway in Massapequa) does prenatal and they are great too!

Totally crashing! (sorry) but i live in Massapequa  That is so cool to have pre natal yoga in my neighborhood! How soon can you start? I am not physically active at all and don't want to rock the boat now...

You can start from the moment you conceive! I did it throughout my last pregnancy, and am trying to get started with it this time around (scheduling difficulties!). It worked wonders for me and I truly believe it really contributed a lot to what an easy birth experience/recovery I had. And btw, I am an incredible physically inactive person and always have been!!!

Hi,
I have been doing prenatal yoga (sice 6 weeks) at balance yoga and healing in Huntington. It is awesome!
