Baby food ? For btdt moms
If you plan on making your own food for dc (or if you do/did) did you start w jarred or go straight to homemade?

Straight to home made veggies and fruits. I use packaged cereals because they're fortified with extras she needs.

I started with jarred both times. I bought some yesterday, I wanted to make sure he was ready for the fruit/veggies. Make a go of it for a bit & start making my own as I go.

I started with jarred (organic) to make sure he was ready to start solids and he had no allergies.
I started making my own a 3 weeks later.

thanks ladies!
i bought a baby magic bullet.
we're on the 1st week of cereals now- rice, next week is barley and then it's oatmeal. then we move on to fruit and then to veggies (as per the ped)
so far DD is doing well w rice.
