Target has great burnout tanks
I've been looking for good ones for a while, I always see pics of celebrities wearing really cute burnout tanks and finally found some great ones at Target! They are by mossimo, I think in the jr section. They fit perfect on top and are long and gathery at the bottom which is what I wanted. Only $12.99... I got one black and one white but they have tons of colors.

I have the white one and love it! I actually wear colored tanks underneath because it's too sheer for me otherwise, I think I have to get the black too

how cute! how does sizing run? I'm 5'4" 112lbs. I can go from an XS to a Med so I never know what size to order.

I'm 5'2 and about 105 and got the XS. It fits perfect on top and isn't tight around the waist/belly, it's long so it gathers at the bottom which I love.
I'm wearing the white one today with just a nude bra underneath, not that see through to me.

I am 5'5" and I have a huge chest so I got the medium, but I could have gotten the small if my chest wasn't an H cup  it was also a tiny bit snug around the tummy
