Cozumel - the beaches are gorgeous, the people are nice, it's not too touristy like Cancun, there is nightlife, if you want it, the snorkeling is amazing and it's safe. And affordable.

Puerto Rico by far!!
No passport needed, great hotels, AMAZING food, and you have a TON of history and fantastic shopping..
probably my favorite vacation spot ever..i've been like 5 times in the past few years

#1 St Bart's - no other island compares to it....the island, the people, the food, the shopping, just great (went there on my HM)...very French Rivera...felt like I was in the south of France and not Carribean
#2 Anguilla (also our HM)..the best beaches I have seen !!!! The water and sand amazing....also my favorite hotel (Cap Juluca) is there
# 3 Aruba - didnt care for the island (very flat & dry - looks like Florida with Hooters next to our hotel ) but the water & sand (Eagle beach) were fantastic....also the food is great and safe...overall good island for families...
but favorite, ST Bart's!!! can't wait to go back

British Virgin Islands...its quiet, not built up, you can easily find secluded beaches and great local places to eat and shop. We prefer to sail around the islands (love Anengada), but we really like staying on Virgin Gorda. It has great places to eat, its totally beautiful, and you can drive around and explore. Its the most relaxing place I've ever been!

I've been on 5 cruises now and have seen many of the islands. Honestly, they all pretty much look the same! If anything, I would say st lucia was one of the nicest. Also Aruba was pretty special. Any island that has somehing unique IMO. St lucia with the twin peaks, Aruba with the desert. Dominica with the rainforest and waterfalls (altho vextremely poor). Nothing else really stands out to me. And to be honest, I hated cancun. I was totally bored with lack of things to do in the area besides drink. And they push tequila ALOT. It was quite annoying

Anguilla! Been three time and can't get sick of it.
Gorgeous beaches, fabulous people and amazing restaurants.
It's not that easy to get too, so no crowds, casino's, or all inclusives...Heaven

I agree with this. I loved that St. Lucia was a little more lush and tropical looking compared to some of the other islands I'd been to.
Also, as another poster mentioned Turks & Caicos defintely has beautiful beaches. We just got back from there and I couldn't get over the beautiful water and white powdery sand

Aruba....beach is really nice and it has just the right amount of nightlife. I loved that restaurants were within walking distance and the hotel strip was very built up.
