DH and I were not thinking when we opened all of my shower gifts and threw out all the boxes for the larger baby items. Chat Icon

How should I store his bassinet, bouncy seat, swing, etc? His bassinet is still in the corner of our bedroom and he hasn't slept in it in three months!

Should I put them in the basement or attic? Chat Icon

TIA!

our attic is dryer and cleaner then our (unfinished) basement so we put everything in there. Anything we could fit in garbage bags for protection went it those. Chat Icon

Whatever we didn't have boxes for, we used those giant lawn bags that the town gives out. They are really thick and see through - so you know what's in them!

We did the same thing as we opened big items we tossed the boxes. Most of the baby items we put in the basement, and covered with bags. As we bought other larger items I have been good with keeping the boxes to store what I have in the basement in them.

We covered it in large plastic bags, and put it in the attic. Hopefully DH saved he instructions so he can put it back together again.

we store everything in the basement at my MIL's house. We do want more children and when the times comes, we'll get the stuff. We're in a condo so we don't have a lot of storage to begin with.
