Can 10 month old eat dairy?
Probably a stupid question, but I was thinking since DD can't have cow's milk till 1 year that she can't have any dairy. I see post saying their DC is eating yogurt. Is yogurt or any other dairy okay? If you give your DC pancakes do they have milk in it?

Unless there is an allergy you can do dairy products. We first introducted yogurt at 7 months but DS couldnt stomach it so we didnt do it again until 9 months.
But he would have cheese, pancakes with milk, and other things dairy prior to being 1

the ped told us we can start giving him dairy products (yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, etc) at the 9 month visit. basically anything that is NOT milk goes.
DS has had some yogurt and he seems fine

Yes, started my kids on cheese and yogurt before then. I don't think the issue is you can't give cow's milk (or anything with it), its that it shouldn't replace breast milk/formula before age 1.
