Wow, got a surprise today! UPDATE 6/28
6/27 UPDATE:
Baby A and B are 10 mm each right now, with super heartbeats, right on track. :) ...and Baby C is still a contender! Grew to 4 mm and there was a heartbeat visible on the u/s, though when we went to hear it, it was VERY low. Dr. seems convinced that it will "fade away on its own," which I don't like the idea of, but he says since it's at least a week behind, that's not a good sign that it will be viable. Anyone have experience with that? I thought if it was going to do that, it would have by now, but it definitely made significant progress from last week. If it's going to do that, I'd rather it do it sooner rather than later  I go again on 7/5.
Thanks to everyone for the dr. suggestions - I made an OB appt with Dr. Hanauer of Winthrop.
6/23 UPDATE: Went to the dr the other day at 6w3d and Baby A and B doubled in size and had heartbeats of 118 and 110, which they said was perfect. So amazing that something the size of a sprinkle has an audible heartbeat that strong! Baby C was still there and had definitely grown since 5w4d, but the sono tech couldn't find a hb.... she however isn't convinced that we should count it out.... She thinks they could have implanted a few days apart and Baby C is a few days behind. I go again on Monday for a repeat sono and we'll see at that point. I've been nauseous all day every day. Other than that, I feel great, lol. I am looking for an OBGYN in Nassau if anyone has any recommendations. At the RE she asked what hospital I'm delivering at and what tours we took! That caught me off guard because I didn't think we did that until we were more "sure" that everything was working out OK.... so, that's my story.... definite  , possible .... we shall see... as long as they are healthy, I feel blessed with whatever we are fortunate to have - though DH kisses my belly every morning and night chanting "grow little guy, grow" :) I'll update on Monday!

I got through the past few months reading the positive stories everyone posted... so here's mine...
In December I had a chemical. No luck TTC between then and April. very Irregular cycles and no consistent ovulation. DH suggested RE and I scoffed at the idea, but was best decision we ever made. RE got my thyroid under control immediately and put me in for monitoring, discovering that I wasn't ovulating on my own. Prescribed 50 mcg Clomid for 3 days. Boom! 3 big beautiful follicles grew. DH had some motility and morphology issues, so we decided to go with TI and IUI to increase our chances since we had gone this far. 9 dpiui I got a BFP on the internet cheapie tests. 10 dpiui BFP on digital. By 12dpiui the lines were bright pink as soon as they went in the cup. 14dpiui I went in for my 1st betabloodwork and it was confirmed. Went for follow up blood 2 days later and numbers were all great.
Fast forward to today... 1st pregnancy ultrasound and bloodwork.
The tech starts probing "Oh, here's a yolk sac, this looks great. Congratulations.... oh look, and here's a second!.... can you relax a little? Oh boy, and a THIRD"
I nearly fell off the table. That's right folks, 3 follicles yielded 3 yolk sacs, even with a screwed up thyroid, less than ideal sperm and anovulatory cycles.
So, right now it's super early ---- 5w4d ---- but I am cautiously optimistic that in February we will be blessed with a baby -- possibly even 2 or 3!
