Kegels? TMI...
How in the WORLD do I control this?
When I had my little "vomit" episiode, I completely soaked myself  and this was AFTER I emptied my bladder for my test.
How can you properly work the kegels?
(sorry, full of questions tonight lol).

Kegels are a godsend to preggos! I did them all throughout my last pregnancy and as soon as I was "well enough" in the hoo-ha to do them post-delivery. A lifesaver!!

I do them in the car, on residential streets, between stop signs. I'll get to a stop sign and "flex", and try to hold it until I get to another one. On my commute to work, I hit about 10 stop signs so it's perfect!
You can also try to remember to do them when watching tv - hold the "flex" for one commercial, then let go for a few seconds, then hold until the next commercial ends, etc. I find it's helpful to have the stop signs or the commercials so I have a goal - it keeps me holding the muscle longer.
