feeling super gross these days...
anyone super mucusy? i'm sneezing a lot more now and coughing a lot. Today at the doctor's office, i got into a coughing fit which resulted in me throwing up on the doctor! 
i've never had an allergy problem before, is this related???

are you sure it is just allergies? I had a terrible cold/cough last week and was feeling so sick....turned out I had bronchitis. I got meds so I am finally feeling better! If it doesn't get better go to a dr!

i don't 'feel' like i'm sick, like my head doesn't hurt or i don't feel groggy. i'll wait a few days then go, someone said i could developing allergies but if it doesn't subside on it's own, see my regular MD.

if it makes you feel better... I was once so sick at Planet hollywood (something hit me all of a sudden). I ran to the bathroom but it was already coming up... and the lady infront of me was moving so slowly... I couldn't get around her and couldn't say a word because it was too late to open my mouth for words. Projectile ALL OVER HER BACK!! some random stranger in Planet hollywood!!
I was mortified and just a MESS!!!
I have literally sneezed every single day since my BFP!! it's a preg symptom for me. In the beginning I was def more congested along with the sneezing. After a little while the congestion simmered down.. but the sneezing stayed.
IDK if I'd say it's allergies... but I would say it's either preggo symptoms or you have something (sick with something).

yes, it's def related. Google Pregnancy Rhinitis. I had this terribly. I had a constant stash of Vicks with me at all times.

OMG.
My vomit wasn't A LOT, i had no fluids in my because i had peed just before it happened, still embarrassing though, was the woman really upset? lol. omg, i would have paid for her dinner. LOL.

Wish I could have said the same when I did it!!
I was about 16 at the time. I remember she had on a green blazer. And i saw her back.. my hand was over my mouth trying desperately to hold it in... but I couldn't!!
After it happened she went into the bathroom.. I stood in the corner surrounded by my mess... shaking and sweaty and obviously VERY sick as a cute worker came to clean everything up! i was beyond mortified!!
And the craziest thing... I thought this lady was going to be PIZZED!! But she came up to me with her jacket in her hand and wished me well, told me she hopes I feel better.. she was SOOOO NICE!!! I must have looked REALLY AWFUL!!! I'm sure I said I'm sorry... but I really just remember shaking uncontrollably and just feeling awful from being sick and what just happened along with now this cute worker cleaning my puke!!!
I ended up puking a few times out the car window on the way home. I was insanely sick for a few days.

a couple of weeks ago I decided to take a short walk during lunch and instantly got a sinus headache that lasted over a day. Then I thought I was over it. Well, fast forward today I had the worst earache ever that I caved and went to my doctor.
She said I had inflamation of my sinus and that was causing my ear pain. So now I'm using a neti pot (gross) to dislodge all this mucus that has backed up into my sinus.
