I think Im going to get the Graco MyRide65.
The Britax carseats are nice but so pricey and I have heard a lot of good things about the MyRide at the fraction of the price. I like how it has cup holders too.

Re: which convertible car seat did you get?
For DS we have a Britax Marathon and a Britax Boulevard. The Boulevard was more $$ but I prefer the Marathon!

We have the Graco MyRide 65. DD has been in there since she was 6 months. It is very sturdy and comfy and easy to install.

Re: which convertible car seat did you get?
We are just looking at convertible seats now for my almost-17 month old son, who is still in his infant seat (he's a peanut!). We have to just try it out in our cars, but as long as it fits, we are going with the Graco All-in-One Smart Seat. I've read a lot about it and love everything about it. It can be used with babies from 5-100 lbs, and it converts to a booster seat (for 30-100 lbs.) when they are old enough for it. The idea of not having to buy a booster seat when we get to that stage was really enticing! Also, it's the only convertible seat that comes with a base, just like the infant seats, so we wouldn't have to buy an additional seat, or have to uninstall and reinstall it every time we switch cars. It's $300, but IMO, so worth it because you are saving on not having to buy a booster seat down the road. It also has a cup holder, which I love, and side impact protection, which was really important to us.

Re: which convertible car seat did you get?
I have a Britax Marathon for DD...I got it on clearance at Target, and 3 years later, DD is still in it!!
Originally, we had the Alpha Omega, but I really didn't like it...though it has worked perfectly in DH's truck, it never fit properly in my car.
For the next one, I plan to go right to a Britax...they are bulky, but they are, IMO, worth the money, as I won't really have to buy another seat for DD until she's in a booster!

I would have gotten this one, but we decided on the Sunshine Radians so we can fit all 3 in the middle row of a mini van.
