Tattoos
I figured this was a good as place to post this as any.
DH wants a tattoo for his 30th birthday. It's fine by me, but I want to make sure he goes to an extremely reputable tattoo shop. Anyone know of one in Nassau County?

Skin-deep In Levittown, right by miller's ale house. Ask for Chris. He did mine and will be doing dh's sleeve.

I used skin deep but the one on Hempstead Tpk across from the coliseum I have to get the guys name he was fantastic. He did a lot of his own drawing we picked out designs from the boards and he redrew a lot of the things we wanted changed.

I am getting a sleeve at Davinci...i am extremely happy and I get nothing but compliments on it...check out Kris Magnotti and also Shaun Topper

DaVinci's in Wantagh is supposed to be good. From what I've been told they're pretty expensive too.

Wherever you go, ask to see their portfolio. You will be able to see the quality of the work. Always make sure they are using medically sealed equipment.
I know an amazing tattoo artist in Jersey, if you are willing to travel. He did three of mine and my fiance's sleeve. He is fantastic.

i've gotten 2 there, DH has gotten one
check out portfolio's of the artists to make sure you're getting the right person for the work you want done and talk to them about your ideas.
What 'works' for one person, might not necessarily work for another, it all depends on the style of the tattoo you want to get
