feet and ankle swelling
Help, my feet and ankles are so swollen that they hurt, anyone else? Anything we can do?
I would take any advice...

Mine swell up when I am on them a lot, and the bottom of my feet I guess the "ball" in the morning feels like I got injections in them until I walk a little.
I just put my feet up or have DH massage them lol
I am now known as Barney Rubble with my swollen feet and kankles

elevate and drink lots of water, its supposed to help flush you out

i had the wrost swelling while pregnant!! def just keep you feet up as much as possible...nothing really helps but that.
drink lots of water too.

Dh massages them 
my ob office also said to put a pillow under the mattress and that really helps to elevate them overnight.

Drink lots of water and lay on your left side. Always helps me.

same is happening to me.... i actually went to teh doctor today and was told to keep them elevated and drink water, but there is not much else that can be done.
