probably a stupid question...
but if you are sick and need to see a dr do you still see the regular dr. or just go to your OB?

I think regular, but if they want you to go on any meds or anything, run it by your OB first.

Depends on what it is. I would probably call the OB first if it's anything that can probably affect the baby in any way.

mmm well i have been really sick with a cold all week and now I have a terrible cough and I can't breath so I thought I should get it checked out

I'd go to the regular doc. Let them know you're pregnant (although with twins, I'm sure its obvious at this point!) and they know what are Category C drugs. I'd ask for a z-pack and call it a day!

My OB said to come to him with any illness during my pregnancy, because the Regular Doc won't always know what to prescribe.
when I had a couldn't breath/had a cold last week I called my OB and he told me what I could take.

thanks ladies. I just left a message for my OB. I figured I'd just ask her if I should go to my regular doc. Waiting for a call back.
