weird name question
I have always liked the name Finley for a girl
but if we stay in the same distrct, thenthe middle school that she would go to is Finley -
would this effect naming your child -

yes it would- I don't think I would name my child the same name as a school she'd go to. Esp middle school when kids make up all sorts of names and stuff.

I don't think it would matter...what's the worst thing kids could say?..."Do you own the school??"
My closest elementary school is Meadow Ave. Elementary and if I loved the name Meadow I don't think that would stop me.

Middle school is a temporary short stage in life...a name is permanent.
