post partum underwear q for BTDTs that had c sections
I am scheduled for a repeat c section and I cant for the life of me remember what panties I used in the hospital and the first few weeks after coming home last time. I know that my hospital did not provide those mesh ones that people talk about (or at least, they didnt give them to me) so what should I get?
I was thinking of buying a package of the Motherhood high waisted briefs or the fold over ones I saw there. any recommendations?

I would go and get some granny pants somewhere cheap, like target/walmart/kohls. high waisted ones.

I def. wore Motherhood high wasited grannys for a while. I also have Gap Body maternity ones that are super comfy. I basically wore any panty I could find that went higher than my incision!

I bought cheap, cotton briefs from Walmart or Target...I think they were Hanes or Fruit of the Loom...I just bought a size or two larger...

This is what I did. I bought the Hanes pack that has like 6 or 7 in the pack. Big old scary ones, but cheap.

thats what I wore with my first DD.
This one, I actually got the mesh ones...let me tell you they were soooooo freakin comfortable LOL!!

I bought super comfy hanes granny panties at target. Honestly.....I love them and still wear them in the summer under skirts!!!!

That is what i did and will be doing again.
Exactly what I did! The Grannier( AKA Higher) the better LOL! DH hates them and makes me fun of me forever but I don't care bc they are so comfy.

I got mine at old navy, very comfy and there high so it covers over your scar!

i took home some of the mesh disposable underware from the hospital. I am 2 weeks post c section, and I am wearing bloomers (I think they are hanes?)

Yes, bc bikini underwear are going to sit right where your incision is made, so those are no good.
High wasted granny panties also have enough room to hold those ridiculously long maxipads they give you for the bleeding

WHERE did you get the mesh ones?? The hospital only gave me 1 pair last time, I remember SO wishing I had more of those.
