Increasing milk supply late in the game?

DS is 10 mos and although I think my supply is fine, I would like to try and increase it so I can freeze more than I already (6oz) a day. I currently pump once in the morning and DS nurses 3 times during work week. I have quite a few events coming up this summer and I'm just getting liitle nervous. I took more milk plus when DS was about 1 month and that seemed to help but I'm not sure it's helping now. Anyone able to this? Any advice?

you can add a pump a night..I usually got a whole feeding at night right before I went to bed..

I used funugreek pills (3 pills 3x a day)

and def up your water in take..

I am only 4 months in but if my logic is correct, since BF is a supply and demand game, I think you should be able to increase your supply. I would

1) add more pumping sessions (you may not see more right away but in a weeks time with more pumping sessions you might see more, at least that's how it works for me)

2) increase some of your calories since you want to produce more

3) up your water intake especially since it is summer time and you have a higher possibility to dehydration.

Thanks ladies! I'm definitely not drinking enough water. I'm going to add a pumping session at work since I haven't been doing that. I'm hoping the More Milk Plus kicks in soon
