We are looking to go away in July for two nights before baby is born in August. Somewhere not too far... I'll be 36 weeks. We were thinking Fire Island, but how fast can I get off the island if I go into labor??? LOL
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Recommend an area and an actual hotel/B&B, etc.
Thanks!!!!

Montauk. Try the Montauk Manor. It is a lovely hotel. You can also drive to Amagansett and East Hampton.

I was going to suggest Montauk too. I don't know any great hotels, except maybe Gurney's, but it's easier to get to the hospital from there then Fire Island.
