Weight Loss S-U-C-C-E-S-S
I loved reading about other women losing the weight quickly on here because it gave me hope, so I just wanted to share too....
I gained 33 pounds during my pregnancy.
- 7 days PP, I was down 23 pounds.
- 15 days PP, I am down 30 pounds, 3 to go!!!!
I haven't done much, all credit goes to BF'ing. I have gone for short walks almost every day since being discharged and I highly recommend getting out as soon as you feel up to it.
Good luck to all of you and don't stress about the weight! All my stress was not worth it.
