Opinion on what to do about damage....
Last October, we had our roof & siding done by a company that is a friend of a family member. As we went to use our CAC this year, we found that the freon line was punctured by a nail used when they did the roofing job.
DH wants me to call the roofer and let them know what happened. I know the roofer did the job for a good price. Do I expect them to pay for the damage ($950) or chalk it up to a freak accident?
