Right now we're saving to put in a Trex deck next year & a nice swing set for the kiddo. Those are our top 2 priorities right now

Us too! Its so hot in NC Also partially fenced area for the dogs.
Dream goals-new kitchen, re-do master bath, new carpet upstairs and wood in my den.

Once we have our wet basement issued fixed, we want to replace the carpeting that we had to rip up and buy a nice big sectional couch.

A new wine center with storage and glass door cabinets, plus a waxed copper countertop. 
It's for our kitchen, currently we have a large baker's rack in that space...

We just bought a new dishawasher. Next is the runner for the hallway and stairs and carpeting for 2 of the bedrooms. Then we are adding a den/family room to the house, hopefully this Oct/Nov.
There is always something to buy, it never ends. And then there are those unexpected expenses. We have to put up a fence on one side of our property. Our neighbor's fence is so old and rotted that it's leaning towards our side and we worry that it could fall on our DS so we will be doing that soon too.

I would love to do the siding but I think thats gonna be a few years down the road. I have GOT to change our garage door this year. It is rickety and disgusting.

- All brand new stainless steel appliances.
- CAC
- Replace the kitchen cabinets
- Replace the backsplash in the kitchen, which is brick looking like wallpaper eww

OUr kitchen needs a complete gut job but that will be awhile before we can afford to do that.
The bathroom needs to be retiled.
Expand our half bath into a full bath.
