prenatal yoga
I live in West Islip....have heard of newbabybelly in Massapequa..might go there, but also wondering if anyone knew of other places??

New Baby Belly is awesome, I love them! Another great one is Om Tara Yoga also on Broadway is Massapequa. I have done both and would recommend both!

Breathe and Flow Yoga in Freeport has prenatal classes almost every day, and also has postnatal and kids yoga. Great instructors, great vibe.

I was taking it at Embrace Yoga on main Street in East Islip. They had stopped classes due to low enrollment but you should call to see if it started up again.

I've not been able to find anyplace that has pre-natal yoga, or at least offers it on a consistent basis. I wound up buying DVDs.
However, if you tell the instructor you are pregnant and the class isn't too big they'll show you the modifications and sort of keep an eye on you.
