If you have sinus issues - please come in
Im DYING over here. Im in constant pain from my sinuses which then turn into a massive headache. I spend SO much time in bed bc I cant take anything (that really works). I used the neti pot frequently, but dont know what else to do.
Any other pregnant moms have sinus issues, what are you doing for it?

yes! I do, it is bad but I have not been able to do anything for it...so I am no help...sorry

crashing here... I had problems like that (I am not and was not pregnant). The chiropractor has done wonders for me!

I'm home sick today because I think I have a sinus infection and sleep and ice packs so far have been my only relief.
I called the dr this am after suffering the entire weekend in bed, and they said I can take sudafed but since I take allerga for allergies I can't mix them. tonight when I am due for another allerga I won't be taking it and taking sudafed every 4 hours instead.
Ice packs work wonders, but only for a short time. So far sleep is the only thing that makes me feel any better.
tylenol has helped a little bit but not enough to get me moving.
I'm pretty sure its a sinus infection though.
