Before kids, when I used to be cute, the most that I have spent was $150 but now, probably around $50.

If you love them, go for it!

If I absolutely loved it and felt confident in it, no price would be too much.

$150. I have a hard time finding bathing suits that I love on me so if it looked good, well yeah I would get it. I think if you have an easier time finding things that fit I would spend less especially because I feel like I need a new one every year as they wear out.

Last year I bought 2 new bathing suits for about $100 each. But I really liked the way they looked after having DS. This year, maybe not cause I just had DD!

If it fit great and was a classic style that would last for more than a season, I'd pay just about anything I could afford. I bought a beautiful black bikini that was way Chat Icon, but I still wear it and it still looks great. And I bought it 9 years ago.

I say go for it!!

I just spent $1,300 on four bikinis and I love them!

I have a large chest (implants), and these suits sell by cup size.

I get a new one each year. I average about $100 a suit. I get them from Lands End since they carry long torso and DDD cup sizes.

Re: what's the most you would spend on a bathing suit?

For a great suit that fits and flatters and works really well, I'd pay as much as $300

I figure how many times will I wear it, how many years will I keep it, and it works out to nothing. Its not like buying a dress you wear only once, and you want to feel good about yourself when you half naked, so I would go for it - only if it fit perfect and I loved it!

Land's End suits are the only ones I'll spend up to $100 on. I have a couple I bought in 2004 for my honeymoon and I was going to toss them this year but they still look practically new. LE suits are great quality. Not sure I'd spend that much on other brands.
