CAC issue

We have to units, one cools down the downstairs which works well. The other one cools down our floating living room as well as the entire upstairs where all the bedrooms are...the vents in the livingroom are blowing really strong, the vents in our bedroom are ultra weak?? Any reason as to why this could be...Any insight would be appreciated!

Re: CAC issue

When we first moved into our house and used the CAC, some rooms weren't getting cool and others were. It turned out that certain vents (well, the ducts, I guess) got disconnected from our unit. Apparently, this happens sometimes.

If you have a service contract, of course this type of maintenance is covered, but if not, I think my DH was able to just go up to the attic and reconnect them.

Since the living room gets cool, it seems like it's not the unit. So it could be the connections for the upstairs room to the unit.

I just actually called Universe bc that unit that is supplying the air to those rooms now seems to be leaking a tiny bitChat Icon so I'm just hoping I can make it through some of htese hot days and not die of the heat before they come!!!
