Only Tylenol. But if its allergies my doctor okay'd plain sudafed and zyrtec.

no aspirin - which is excedrin, but I think the excedrin migraine is aspirin and caffeine, so maybe a cup of coffee?

My dr said I can have a cup of coffee and a tylenol... I don't drink coffee, so he said when I get my migraines have a 20 oz coke and a Tylenol...
