Adriana jade is here
And she is so sweet and perfect!!!! If anyone of my fb friends would like to post photos of her please do so - I'm typing from my phone and can't.
Quick birth story
I started having contractions Monday night at about 7:30 and were 10 apart all night. When I woke up they started spreading out to around anywhere to 13 to 20 apart so I didn't think anything of it but man they were painful!!!
I lost my mucus plug in the afternoon and by the time I was on my way to my scheduled dr appt ( it was my due date). They were 4 min apart and they just sent me straight to l&d
I got there and I was 5 cm dilated already!!! They couldnt believe it! They asked if I wanted the Epi and I said no I'll just take some drugs through my iv and they said it was way to late for that. I freaked out and decided it would just bs best to get the Epi. Well the first dr tried and couldn't get it in. He kept hitting nerves and now I'm feeling the after effects ( actuAlly going for an MRI today). I freaked out and said I would have to do it naturally. Well at 8 cm apart I just couldn't do it anymore I knew I wod be to tired to push and my contractions were one on top of the other.
I tried again with a different dr and it was in in an instant no pain. For girls who did this naturally. You ate amazing and I give you all the credit in the world!!!! Girls who are getting an Epi - amazing!!!!! I tested so well
It started wearing off pretty quickly and my dr allowed the anasteiologist to top it off which I was shocked since I was almost ready to push.
Well fast forward and I was to numb to even move she wanted to see if I could push numb which I did perfectly. Pushed fir 25 minutes and she was out - never felt one thing!!!!!!! It was so easy and painless I would have ten kids lol. So she was born only a couplegours after her dd!!! The recovery is painful but I think mostly because of my after effects of the bad Epi. If anyone has questions let me know and I would do everything over again in an instance because you are just so in live with your lo words can't describe!!!
