I actually ordered a pair of swim shorts from Fashion Bug for like $15 and paired them with a top I found on clearance at Target for $15....I just bought both in a bigger size...they fit big enough with room to grow, the shorts are just elastic waist and they cover the tops of my thighs too!!

they have them in the store for sure. I saw them there
but you can also try mootherhood and did you try old navy and the gap?
I bet target has them as well.

I went to Destination Maternity today and no shorts ladies!!!
I specifically asked the girls....bc i am SOOO not into the little tiny bottoms....
She told me to try them on...I did...but yeah...NO WAY! LOL

Ugh, this is a major bummer. I too am not into little bottoms, much less right now in my 9th month.
I need to find an acceptable solution!!

I just bought a pair of Roxy board shorts- short ones- that have a roll top, just like maternity shorts! I bought them in the biggest size they had and they fit great! Cheap too...
Macy's also had a lot of skirted swim bottoms, most of them were low enough to accommodate a huge belly

I will definitely check out Target and I also found one on JC Penney that I ordered. Fingers crossed that it fits and I can soon float in the pool

I went to the one in lake grove about 2 weeks ago and they had skirts, not shorts. I think the OP was looking for skirts?

Hey ladies....I am having the same problem. I usually always wear skirted bottoms and just dont feel comfortable in anything else. I dont know why they make all the maternity bathing suits with little bottoms. I think I might try ordering from this site Skirted bathing suits They are plus size but I am going to try and see how they fit, they are much nicer then all the maternity ones I've seen. Just dont know about the size yet, I am 15 weeks but havent really popped yet so not sure how big I will be next month.
