Delivering Twins
I met with my OB and high risk doctor yesterday. I'm 34 weeks 3 days and both babies are head down. I was told that I no longer have to have my cervical length checked or an fFN. I was also taken off of bed rest and can start moving / walking around again. I just have to see my OB weekly and have an NST / BPP.
What I'm nervous about is both doctors believe I'm going to make it to 38 weeks and can deliver these babies vaginally. I don't know if I'm going to make it that long but I'm so nervous about the delivery. My fear is having two different recoveries.
I was just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences. I'm so nervous.

Re: Delivering Twins
No experience since I'm at 18 weeks, but I totally feel you on fearing two recoveries!
I think it's good news they are lifting the bed rest restrictions though ... not that you'll feel up to doing too much at this point!!!

Re: Delivering Twins
I have heard of many girls who had vaginal deliveries with twins and head down position and went well. I think actually a recent one was Leslie.
I was *almost* there until one flipped and I didnt have a choice, c-sec it was.
I went at 38wks, scheduled...meaning I could of went longer.
I will admit though that it was my fear as well, pushing one out and the likeliness of having a c-sec as well.
You can do it! You have made it this long and are doing so well.
