Has this happened to anyone else - weight gain
I went to the doctor 2 and half weeks ago at 23.5 weeks I am now 26 weeks and I have not gained weight since my appointment. By 23.5 weeks I had gained 18lbs and now it stopped. Is this ok? Should I call my doctor? I have been eating normally. I cut down on pasta a little...not sure if that can effect it.

i woudlnt worry. as long as the baby looks and grows ok the docs never seemed too concerned

As long as your dr isn't concerned, I'm sure it's fine!
I wish that was happening to me.. heheh I gain every time! But call and ask if you're nervous. I know some people reach a standstill at a point.

It's fine. I actually lost weight at my last 2 appointments and was at a standstill before that for a couple of weeks. Your doc would let you know if he were concerned. As long as the baby is gaining weight, that's all that matters.

I have been the same weight for the last 3 appointments ( I was going 1 a month) - I asked the doctor if that was ok and he said yes - the baby is measuring and weighing as he/she should so there is no concern.

I think it's fine...I'm 17 1/2 weeks and I haven't gained anything, and My Dr. is fine with that...as long as you're eating and staying active, your body will do what it needs to.

At my 20w appt I was only up 4 or 5 pds from my initial weight. I had lost 3 pds in the beginning so i guess I was up 7 or 8 total.
The dr was not concerned. I am not under or over weight to begin with, I am within the normal weight range, baby is growing at a good rate, so he said not to worry
