Could you please help me find a dress like this?
I went to order it last night and it was backlogged til 6/3, which was fine. Then their website went down. Now tonight it's not available to ship until 8/3. 
What I like about it: SLEEVES AND LENGTH just below the knee! (And that it's made in plus sizes.) It is casual and summery. (Maybe you all hate it anyway, so maybe you can help me.)
But it seems like every dress that has sleeves either have tiny sleeves that barely cover the upper arm, or look like a frumpy mess as the dress just hangs big.
I don't wear shorts in the summer and I am sick of capris. So I am looking for something like this in a plus size.

You are good! That first one is cute! Not sure I want a tie around the biggest part of my waist though. I want a big more freedom, if you know what I mean. 
That second one is super cute, but too short, unless the model is just super tall. I will have to look at diimensions again vs the other.
Third one has those sleeves that are too short, yet every manufacturer seems to think they are sleeves. Sorry, if my armpit shows, it's not a sleeve. (HUGE pet peeve of mine.  )

So no cap sleeve. You want to search for a short sleeve shirt dress that is below the knee.

Yes! That last one looks so freaking short, but it's only one inch shorter than my original one. (42 vs 41) Hmmm.
I just measured from my shoulder to blow my knee and its 44 inches. Who knew I was so tall?

Thanks very much! I wonder if I need to get a dress like I did last year that was calf length and them just hemmed it. Hemming is pretty easy for me, so maybe I should go with a long one.

I think I need to go this route. But it's still nearly impossible to find a dress with sleeves that don't get up in my armpit. Not sure if you saw the dress I worked on last spring. I hemmed it and then took the extra material and made the sleeves longer. But I got that dress on massive sale, so it was worth the work.

I remember that dress. What about wearing a shrug or cardigan with a dress? I will wear sleeveless dress with a cardigan if it is the right length. For me - I feel the need to minimize my hips/thighs the most though.

I went to Macy's, Lord and Taylor, and Lands End and clicked plus size, then dresses in the plus size drop down and looked at each dress. Based on what you described I then looked for dresses that I thought you would like and fit your criteria.

I have done that before. If I find something that I love and it fits me, and it is a good price I will get it. I know that when I need something I never have it so now I do. I always use my coupons to get it for a good price.

LOL I like it but I think it is a beach cover up not a dress I would wear for lunch on a normal day. I think the see through sleeves is what is doing that for me.

I found these on Woman Within, but I saw the original dress there too--so you may have seen these.
loose denim dress
flutter sleeve
empire waist
ETA-also try simply be you can search by sleeve length & dress length & the dress length appearens under the thumbnail, so you don't have to click every one, but most of them were 37 inches.
