Art table at christening?
I was thinking of not having entertainment at DD's Christening.
The age range for the kids is just too diverse.
There will be between 10-15 kids between the ages of 1-13.
Do you think I can get away with a craft table?
If so, what types of things should I have at the craft table?
Paper, crayons, coloring books, stickers?
I'm so bad at parties.
I need all the help I can get, please!!!
Any other suggestions to fill a 3hr party?

Those self stick foam shapes are great....no glue, no mess
Also, Bendaroos or Wikki Stix are great

Re: Art table at christening?
I had about that amount of children at my DS's christening and had nothing...no entertainment, no nothing and everything went great.
However, just last week I went to a friend's son's Communion and she gave out sort of goodie bags to all of the children when they came in with several coloring books, crayons, tattoos, M&Ms and those little toys with the face and the magnetic "hair" you can style, etc. That was good too! Better than an art table I think because no one needs to police that area, KWIM?

That's a good idea. That way they can stay with the parents and still have something to keep themselves occupied and I don't have to set anything up.
I know the older kids will be fine but I'm afraid the ones under 5/6ish will get antsy and bored.
