Embarrassing ques for ladies who had their LO...
My LO is 4 weeks now and overall I feel great except - I can't hold my pee!  When I workout or if my bladder gets too full - my urine just leaks out! All it takes is a jumping jack or a sneeze - and I wet my pants! Ive been doing kegals but I dont know of im even doing them right. Has this happened to anyone? Does it get better? Advice?

It does get better! Ur body takes a bit to go back to normal.
