Is there anything I can do for my hair? Its always frizzy!
My hair is soft and fine. I was thinking about maybe looking into BKT or something of the like. My hair is ALWAYS frizzy no matter if its dry or humid out.
With BKT, do you have to blow dry your hair every day? Does it allow your hair to have body, or is it just stick straight?

I believe there are different degrees of strength with the keratin. I have fine, curly hair. I DO have to blow dry my hair b/c otherwise it would still be curly. I haven't yet used the flat iron which I used to have to do ~ I couldn't just wash and blowdry before or it would have been a frizzy mess. My cousin had it done as well (her hair isn't as curly as mine) and she said she just washes and goes. As for body my hair still has body when I blowdry. It looks just like it did before when I would falt iron it but now I don't have to.

yes but you could not blow dry and it would be pretty straight.
It totally allows body. Eventually it gets more body as time goes by and then you are back to getting it again, LIKE ME!
Im a frizzy mess today.. Sun appt. for BKT.

Liz, I just got the BKT before leaving for Disney almost 2 weeks ago, and I love it so far. It felt really flat until my second wash, but now it has body. I can wash and let it air dry now which I never was able to do before.

Im the same way as you.. soft and fine hair that gets totally curly and frizzy whenever there's an ounce of moisture in the air
I did BK straightening 2 years ago and hated it. I felt it made my hair lifeless, and ever since then my hair just hasn't had the same body it once used to have.
Even with the BK, i had to blowdry my hair to achieve some sort of style otherwise it would be a straight mess instead of a frizzy mess
but.. there are tons of people who swear by it. It all depends on your hair i guess!
