If you have a playset from creative playthings - if you had any issues with it at installation (cracked and missing pieces) how long did it take for them to come and fix it?

We've had ours for 3 years and have never had any issues with.

Thanks - yeah the guys completely cracked one of the pieces putting it in (they noted it on the sheet) then the legs to the picnic table bench were NOT in the box. When they installed they told me it would be a week tops and that they would come quickly to fix the part and install the bench. I called on Friday and they said no it will be 2 MORE weeks until they even call to set up a date to come - and then figure about a week until they come so they are saying 3 more weeks (we got it last weekend). They wouldn't even take my name to tell me IF the parts were even ordered - just insisted IF it was on the paperwork I signed that they would take care of it. Just wondered if that was normal I'm not dealing with the store that I bought it from?

We have had ours for 2 years now. No problems. I don't remember how long it took to install but I don't remember it being a problem.

Our bottom slat to the ladder was missing upon installation and they promised it would be a week and it ended up being more than a month. It was very strange! I kept calling and once one of the people even told me that they thought the bottom rung was a waste Hello! Not when I had a 18 month old at the time who wanted to climb the ladder. That was just a ridiculous statement on his part!
