allergies...Im dying

I learned how to use a neti poi this week. It was a little weird at first, but has REALLY helped the sinus pressure.

My dr okayed Claritin which did nothing for me. He also okayed Zyrtec though I have not tried it yet..I have been winging it. It stinks!

I told my DH I wish I knew how to use it...I just cant even imagine pouring fluid in my nose...I think I would feel ike I was drowing.

My doctor said that claritin and Zyrtec were the only two that were safe! Zyrtec is amazing! Claritin has done NOTHING for me!

I had never used it until the other day. My head just hurt so much, that I caved went to CVS, followed the directions, and now I love it!

My doctor okay'd Sudafed (plain!!) and Zyrtec. Zyrtec did nothing, Sudafed was a little better.

I took zyrtec before pregnancy, now I try to take it every third day or so. I find though, once my allergies start, zyrtec won't help...I need a benedryl for that.

Zyrtec is my savior! I was taking it pre-preg almost daily (I have horrible year round allergies), so then I switched to singulair daily. I don't know if I can take singular while preg, but I take zyrtec when my allergies are terrible, which is like 5 days a week.
