Excessive sweating and RX med for it.
I know the answer to this question will prob. be to ask my Dr. but I figured I ask he just in case some of you ladies have experience with this. I sweat excessively during the summer months so my dermatologist prescribed a medication called Drysol. The ingredient is Aluminum Choloride. Does any know if this is safe to use while pregnant? Its basically a roll on that is used every other night. If the answer to this question is ask your Dr. Should I ask my OBgyn or my dermatologist?

I used drysol as a teenager and after about 2 yrs of every other night use I ended up not needing it anymore. That was 10 yrs ago and to this day I no longer have the extreme sweating problem I had as a teen. . I don't know if its safe while pregnant. But my derm told.me to wrap my armpits with saranwrap after putting it on and a tight shirt. It worked amazing wonders

I would def ask the OB dr before using it...I know there are ingredients in some skin creams to avoid as well...

Its a pregnancy category c. Which is usually a no go while preggo but check with your dr. Wish I had more info for you
