39 weeks today.....
and still waiting...the anticipation is killing me ! Not really feeling anything other than some more pressure....Anyone else with me who is towards the very end?

I'm just a few days ahead....the anticipation is horrible! I have thought "maybe today's the day" for too long. With every twinge I think "maybe this is the start!"

I'll be 39 weeks on Tuesday, and was a bridesmaid in a wedding yesterday, so I refused to even think about going into labor until the wedding was over...
Now that its over I can't wait to meet DD! I've been having some BH contractions, I think, and the night of the rehearsal dinner, I had lower back pain that I was afraid might be the start of something, but when I laid down and relaxed, it went away...
My last appointment I wasn't very dilated (fingertip), but the Dr said the baby was lower and things were "softening up".
We'll see what he says this Tue when I go!

I'm 40 weeks on Monday and have zero signs of going on my own!  I'm scheduled for induction on Thursday, but expect that will become a c-section pretty quickly based on the guidancde of my OB.
I'm with you though......everytime I move, I hope to feel some sign of "this is it". Alas, nothing yet.
Hang in there! It can only go on for so long!!

i'm 39.5 weeks and every morning i wake up and think "is today the day?" and so far i go to bed disappointed every night. last i heard my cervix was soft but not dilated at all. hoping this means nothing though. i would love to have this baby tomorrow or monday...

glad I'm not alone!! I too am analyzing every feeling!! I so nervous about where and when or if I will even go into labor on my own! Good luck ladies!

I'm 39W3D and the bean is moving around like crazy. I still have those "Oh yeah, I'm pregnant!" moments.  Last appointment, I was 1cm and the head was VERY low, according to both doctors.
