Would this annoy you? (neighbor issue)
Our neighbor sprinkles a LOT of birdseed in front of their condo...an eyesore..but fine....
Now the same neighbor has started to sprinkle bird seed in front of my condo and another neighbor's condo (on the sidewalk) (They feed stray cats too).
I hate birds to begin with....but do I have a right to be annoyed and say something?

I would totally say something. I think that is littering. Having a bird feeder is 100% fine, but throwing stuff on the ground where someone could slip or a small child could ingest it and get hurt, NO. I would be peeved. I am sure they are not thinking about all the ramifications. It will attract other animals in addition to birds. I would not be happy at all.

I would say something! That's annoying. Maybe buy her a brid feeder and ask her not to sprinkle the seed.

OMG, my crazy neighbor does the SAME thing!!! I just had the board deal with it, although it hasnt done much. I cant stand it but I deal bc shes a lonely, kind of old, crazy but harmless lady and it makes her happy more than it negatively affects my day.

Yes. I had an exterminator here last week for some carpenter bees and he told me to get rid of our bird feeders since they frequently attract rats and mice who build their nest near the food source.

Yes! Birdseed not only attracts birds but also insects and all sorts of rodents.
